排骨丁香苦瓜湯
材料:
排骨400克
苦瓜1條
丁香魚25克
薑片8~10片
水1600克
調味料:
鹽適量
雞粉適量
米酒少許
做法

排骨洗淨放入滾水汆燙後撈出備用。 |

苦瓜洗淨切開,去頭尾挖掉籽後,切塊備用。 |

取一內鍋,放入做法1的排骨和薑片,再倒入水將內鍋放入電鍋中蒸煮30分鐘。 |

在作法3的內鍋中再放入苦瓜和丁香魚續蒸30分鐘,最後加入調味料拌勻即可。top |

Setelah itu masukkan pare dan ikan teri ke dalamnya dan didihkan selama 3o menit selanjutnya masukkan bumbu diaduk rata.top |
