2026年家庭幫傭申請資格大開放

外籍家庭幫傭新制重點(115/4/13新制上路)：
1.
一名未滿12歲兒童。
2.
一名未滿12歲罕病/身障/特境兒童或未滿6歲發展遲緩兒童。
3.
一名未滿12歲兒童+一位身障或單親家長。
4.
二名未滿12歲，其中一名未滿6歲兒童。
5.
三名未滿12歲兒童。
就業安定費每月5,000元：
1.
一名未滿12歲兒童。
就業安定費每月2,000元：
1.
一名未滿12歲罕病/身障/特境兒童或未滿6歲發展遲緩兒童。
2.
一名未滿12歲兒童加1名身障或單親家庭。
3.
二名未滿12歲，其中1名未滿6歲兒童。
4.
三名未滿12歲兒童。
2026/4/13之後，家庭幫傭點數計算方式(採累計點數計算)

當雇主為本國籍時，需與家庭成員設於同戶籍，且符合以下任一條件，並依附表累計點數達4點(含)以上
1.
撫育子女：育有未滿12歲之子女。
2.
奉養長輩：年滿75歲以上之直系血親尊親屬或繼父母、配偶之父母或繼父母。
就業安定費
1.
符合4~9 點之申請者，就業安定費為 5,000 元。
2.
特殊需求家庭及點數達10點以上，每月就業安定費調整為 2,000 元。
國人家庭幫傭申請辦法(2026/4/13前申請制度)：
1.
家中有三名以上之年齡6歲以下子女。
2.
有四名以上之年齡12歲以下子女，且其中二名為年齡6歲以下。
3.
家中同一戶籍內有 75 歲以上與 6 歲以下之老幼，並具有下列之基本資格條件，且計點方式累計點數滿16點者或以上。
外籍人士家庭幫傭申請辦法：
1.
外資金額在新臺幣一億元以上之公司所聘僱總經理級以上之外籍人員；或外資金額在新臺幣二億 元以上之公司所聘僱各部門主管級以上之外籍人員。

上年度營業額在新臺幣五億元以上之公司所聘僱總經理級以上之外籍人員；或年度營業額在新臺幣十億元以上之公司所聘僱各部門主管級以上之外籍人員。

3.
上年度在我國繳納綜合所得稅之薪資所得新臺幣三百萬元以上；或當年度月薪新臺幣二十五萬元之公司、財團法人、社團法人或國際非政府組織主管級以上之外籍人員。

護 照
護照延期費，護照換發費，遺失補發費用，規費依各國辦事處時價辦理，

回程機票費
每人約$8,700元 ~ $10,000元 離境1次單程機票，
依時價將不同計費依國籍不同會有規定由雇主支付三年滿期機票
